Take a creative break and reconnect with your inner calm through our Art for Relaxation & Mindfulness series. Each session offers a peaceful space to explore new materials and techniques—no experience needed!

✨ 7/2 – Bead & Shell Accessories Class
This week we're diving into a fun and summery Bead & Shell Accessories class! Make your own earrings, hair clips, keychains, or purse charms using a colorful mix of beads, shells, and charms. Still finishing your mini beaded plant? No worries—you can wrap that up too!
🌀 7/9 & 7/16 – Abstract Sculpture (2-Part Series)
Learn 3D sculpting techniques and build your own imaginative form over two sessions.

Art for Relaxation and Mindfulness (age 18+) is perfect for anyone looking to explore and connect with their creative side. Participants will practice various research-based stress-reducing techniques to create art pieces and discover the power of creation for stress management! No previous experience is needed. All levels are welcome. All materials will be provided, and topics will be geared to participants' needs and interests. In each session, participants will leave with art pieces, resources, and information for optional further learning.
