✨ Art for Relaxation & Mindfulness – April Schedule! ✨
Join us Wednesdays for a creative escape designed to calm the mind and inspire creativity. Each week, explore a new mindful art practice:
April 2 – Painted Pots & Pansies: Collage, paint, or bedazzle a flower pot, then plant a hearty spring bloom!
April 9 – Neurographic Drawing & Painting: A meditative art technique for relaxation.
April 16 – Needle Felting Spring: Learn to make a sheep, flower, bunny, or chick- or create a felted Easter egg.
April 23 – Art Journaling: Design your own journal and explore mindful creative techniques to fill it each day for self-care and reflection.
Wet Felted Vessels: Create a bag, basket, or pouch out of felt in this hands-on, meditative project.

Art for Relaxation and Mindfulness (age 18+) is perfect for anyone looking to explore and connect with their creative side. Participants will practice various research-based stress-reducing techniques to create art pieces and discover the power of creation for stress management! No previous experience is needed. All levels are welcome. All materials will be provided, and topics will be geared to participants' needs and interests. In each session, participants will leave with art pieces, resources, and information for optional further learning.
